Every stripe on this suit
ffrom this smile to these boots
longs to leap off & launch a parade

With each ring of my cell
I hear St.Patricks' bells
singin' of comfort & joy

Who could have caused
this cold heart to warm

I hid each frozen grimace
a warm Merry Christmas
as I struggle to my feet
having slipped upon the street

Even packed on the train
I've no urge to complain
I just snuggle up and make a new friend

Something has changed
I'm hopin' it's here to stay

Love awaits, a glowin' fireplace
is waitin' in your arms
Comin' home I never knew
could be so cozy comfortable

With this blizzard that's blown in
they say we'll be snowed in
but we've plenty to survive
since my mugger left a five

So I'm bringin' home pizza
and Tiffany's took Visa
Maybe you won't miss the mistletoe

Where there was gray
with rainbows you decorate
