There are many a cappella MP3 files circulating around the internet with Rockapella's name attached to them, but not Rockapella's voices. Usually they're collegiate a cappella groups of 12-18 members and the file has been mis-labeled and uploaded by a student. They're definitely not the 5-man professional group, Rockapella. Rockapella is a pretty diverse group of people. Modern rock/pop/r&b, jazz vocalists, electronica, big band, you name it. It influences members of Rockapella. Like many experienced adult musicians, their CD collections run a wide range of styles, often departing completely from what you'd expect or assume. The common factor appears to be good-songs-played-well.
